Submitting Entries:

Entries must be submitted one of three ways:

1. Submit by emailing fireprevention@romeoville.org 
2. Drop off in person at the front desk of Village Hall, 1050 W. Romeo Road
3. Submit by mail: Village of Romeoville, Attn: Fire Prevention, 1050 W. Romeo Rd., Romeoville, IL 60446

Contest Rules:

By submitting an entry, you agree to the following official contest rules:

1. Limit one (1) entry per person
2. All entries must be original and entirely created by entrant. Please no help from parents or older siblings/helpers.
3. All entries must include the artist’s full name, age (at time of entry), mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. All entries must be submitted by 4:00 p.m. central time on October 23, 2023.
5. Drawings will be judged independently based on the ability of each entrant. Each entry will be judged on 50% coloring skill and 50% creativity. Winners from each age group will be determined by judges in their sole discretion. The Fire Department will contact the potential winners by email on or before November 1, 2023. 
6. All selected winners will have their entries posted on the Village’s webpage and social media outlets.
