Barre combines elements of Pilates, dance, yoga, and strength training to strengthen and tone the entire body. Exercises are high intensity and low impact, choreographed to motivating music. We focus on sculpting the glutes, legs, and arms using light weights, balls, resistance bands, gliders, and the barre. We finish on the mat with core work and a restorative stretch to create better posture and increased flexibility.
Cardio & Resistance Training
Alternate intervals of easy-to-follow cardio drills with strength training for this full body workout. A variety of equipment is used for an efficient workout. You will increase dynamic and functional strength of core, upper, and lower extremities while burning tons of fat and sugar and increasing your resting metabolism for 24 hours!
Fitness Boot Camp
This military-inspired workout with cardiovascular exercises and strengthening elements includes positive coaching and motivation from the instructor. You can expect core training and flexibility and no intimidation tactics. This class to take your game to the next level and separate themselves from the rest.
Get moving for 30 minutes of aerobic exercise followed by core work which includes abs, butt, and back. Finish off the class with a cool down and full-body stretch.

Kickboxing & Cardio
Get a great cardio workout using kickboxing moves in choreographed combinations and routines to reinforce proper technique. Gloves, heavy bags, weights and other equipment will used in this high energy class.
Metabolic Effect Workout
Metabolic effect training is a unique type of exercising using joint movement and full body exercises to burn calories and increase your metabolism for hours after the workout is done. Enhance your body functions and increase fitness efficiency.
This class improves strength, stability, flexibility, and boosts your metabolism to help burn fat. You will learn proper form and technique to get the full benefit of effectively improving your fitness.
Pilates Stretch consists of blended Pilates’ with hand weights for an awesome workout to get results and feel fantastic! Pilates is the best workout to make your body leaner, and weights create muscle tone and definition.
This class will consist of building strength and stability as well as working on balance and posture. Help make daily activities easier by training with light weights, bender ball, and a chair. We will do a short cardio section, strength and balance exercises, and end with stretching. All are welcome as modifications are easily applied.
Strength & Core
It is never too late to start focusing on building bone, muscle, and core strength! During this class we will utilize equipment such as weights, bar, bosu, medicine ball, stability balls, and more.
Strength, Tone, Core & More
This class uses fitness equipment to improve strength, stability, flexibility, and boosts your metabolism to help burn fat. You will learn proper form and technique to get the full benefit of effectively improving your fitness level.
Get ready to build strength stability and burn fat calories in this unique interval training class. We will be using weights, bosu, body bar, large stability ball, and urban rebounder (little trampoline) for a Cardio Blast!
Improve your cardiovascular fitness, muscular strength, and flexibility with 20 seconds of ultra-intense exercise followed by 10 seconds of rest, repeated continuously for 4 minutes (8 cycles). These short, intense workouts improve athletic capacity and condition, glucose metabolism, and fat burning.
TRX® Group Strength
Learn to train the entire body with a variety of exercises in this small group setting. Class will include the fitness center equipment and the TRX® training System.
Improve flexibility, balance and strength while reducing stress and lowering blood pressure. Morning yoga is great for loosening up the muscles and joints, and sharpening mental focus.
Join the party! Zumba® is a fun, cardio workout with easy-to-follow dance steps inspired by Latin rhythms, featuring south-of-the-border moves that are spicy hot! Dancer or not, burn calories, work up a sweat, and have a great time doing it!
Those who want to party, but put extra emphasis on toning and sculpting to define those muscles! The challenge of adding resistance by using light weights, helps you focus on specific muscle groups, so you (and your muscles) stay engaged!
LES MILLS CLASSES
BODYFLOW® is the yoga-based class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. During BODYFLOW an inspired soundtrack plays as you bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves and embrace elements of Tai Chi and Pilates. Breathing control is a part of all the exercises, and instructors will always provide options for those just getting started. You’ll strengthen your entire body and leave the class feeling calm and centered. Happy.
BODYPUMP™ is a barbell workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories*. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.
BODYCOMBAT™ is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 740 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ. Bring your best fighter attitude and leave inhibitions at the door.
