Aquatic Fitness
Aquatic Fitness classes require an Aquatic Center Membership or you can pay the Aquatic Fitness Drop In fee to attend. Participants need to only bring themselves and a towel but are welcome to wear water shoes for class if desired. All equipment will be supplied including motivational music to keep you going! Aquatic Fitness classes will be held in the lap lanes that range in depth from 3ft 6in to 4ft 6in with some classes making their way into the lazy river/vortex pool for additional activities.

This instructor led class will guide participants through intervals of power, strength, and cardio!
AQUA FULL BODY WORKOUT
Fitness Fun Fridays are here at the Aquatic Center! This instructor led class will include a mixture of strength exercises fused with cardio and dancing!
AQUA POWER HOUR
This class consists of arm sculpting with hand weights infused with running/walking against the current of the lazy river. Finishing off with resistance bands to stretch and tone the legs. A 20/20/20 challenging workout. Please bring water, towel, and a set of hand weights (1-5 pounds).
EARLY BIRD (BEGINNING DECEMBER 27)
An aquatic workout consisting of cardio and blended with resistance.
FIT & FLEX
This class will use hand weights and stretch bands to help you finish off the 2023 year strong!
NOODLING AROUND
This instructor led class will incorporate pool noodles and buoys for a fun workout on a wet & wacky Wednesday!
MUSCLE TONE & STRETCH
This is a low impact class of toning and strengthening muscles and body core with Pilates included.
